14 DAYS EASY EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

All our items are made with great love and nothing gives us more pleasure then a happy costumer.

We have a 14 days satisfaction guaranteed policy on all our items (except discounted items on sale which are final), so you can return the goods within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanged goods are sent out free of charge.

The items must be in its original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

If you wish to make an exchange or a return, please send an email to info@mishimino.com with a short description of what you want to return or exchange & why, plus your order number and we will get back to you shortly.

We try and process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, normally it takes 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your request.

All returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We recommend that you send them by a ‘signed for service’ and save the certificate of posting.

The costs of returning items for international orders are always at the customer’s expense.

We offer free returns within Sweden.

A return address will be provided once you email us regarding you return.
