Mishi Minó reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. By placing an order at mishimino.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parent’s permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at mishimino.com for the sale and supply of any products. Orders made in another person's name without his or her consent, or orders otherwise involving mishimino.com to suffer financial losses will be reported to the police.
CONFIRMATION
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact our customer service.
PAYMENT
All products remain Mishi Minó’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs are recognized before purchase confirmation is made. All transfers conducted through mishimino.com are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. 2048-bit SSL encryption ensures that the connection between the customers browser and the website is secure. Mishi Minó currently offer Free Worldwide Shipping.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. This also applies to customs costs incurred on package returns.
NON PICKED UP GOODS
If Mishi Minó receives packages that have not been collected by the customer, we reserve the right to charge you for all our costs that appear when handling your order and shipment back to us. This cost will be deducted from your initial payment of the order. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Mishi Minó offer all our customers 14 days easy exchanges and returns on all our pieces (except for goods on sale which are final). Click herefor more information.
NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS
Returns that show ANY type of signs of wear, damage, scents, missing tags/hygiene seal or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Late returns will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To make an exchange or a return, please send an email to info@mishimino.com with a short description of what you want to return or exchange and why, plus your order number and we will get back to you shortly. We try and process returns and exchanges as quickly as possible, normally it takes 10 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your request.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We recommend that you send them by a ‘signed for service’ and save the certificate of posting.
The costs of returning goods for international orders are always at the customers expense. We offer free returns within Sweden.
PRICES
Occasionally there may be information in the webshop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the webshop is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
The prices in our webshop constitute the total price (including VAT), but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.
Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.

We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing in the webshop reflect the colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.

Events outside our control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that is released from our obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, flood or fire, sabotage, accident, staff’s illness, natural disasters, war, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

SHUTTLE DAMAGED GOODS
If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden it must be reported immediately to the carrier within 7 days. It is therefore important that you carefully examine your package when it arrives. Transport damage must also be reported immediately to Mishi Minó, within 14 days of receipt.
